About classes

You might have forgotten that you are creative. You might have forgotten what it was like to have time for creativity in your life.  I help you to reconnect with that playful, creative person in time that is just for you. No To-Do lists, no one that you need to help or organise, no multi-tasking. Just a little oasis of time to play. (You can call it learning, creating and exploring if you like!) A chance to FINISH something. And wear it out the door!!!

Discover that making art is one of the most therapeutic, restorative and healthy ways you can sustain yourself for facing more of life’s challenges!  And you make gorgeous jewellery at the same time!

Check here for the current schedule and email me to join in one or more of my classes.  Still not sure? Some photos of happy artists here might convince you.

I teach classes for beginners, experienced students and children and am happy to discuss tailor-made classes for interested people/ groups.  I have taught in locations as diverse as outback Australia and eastern Nepal; and in classes ranging from single day workshops, six week programs to four day desert based creativity retreats.  A great highlight was teaching with the incomparable Tory Hughes,

Unless otherwise indicated, all day classes run from 10 – 4 and are held at 72 Duffy St., AINSLIE and cost $110. (There are exceptions so read on!) Evening classes are the same as day classes, cost $110 and run across three evenings (usually Tuesday or Wednesday) from 7-9.

Cost includes all materials required to complete the project (and more!), extensive notes and access to all equipment needed. If you have your own pasta machine and bring it along, you get $5 off!

A deposit of $50 is required to hold your place as classes are small ( max. 8) and allow for lots of personal attention.  We play in a light, airy studio with access to many teas/ (instant) coffee and occasionally a gluten free cake if I am having a good week.
